To ensure exceptional aftersales service, we’ve partnered with Sapphire Vehicle Services who operate from 14 locations across the UK. This collaboration gives our electric truck customers access to support, rapid response times and comprehensive coverage – wherever your business operates.
Our National Parts Distribution Centre is open 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Saturday. Outside these hours a call out service is available from the adjacent Pelican Truck dealerships. For the single model TE7, we are confident that every parts requirement can be met from stock. Parts can be shipped nationwide via the Royal Mail overnight service.
In addition to this, we will have fully manned parts distribution centres in Dundee and Bristol open by summer 2025. We can provide impress stock for fleet operators if required.
