James has been with Pelican for 26 years and started as an apprentice. Highlights of his career include being the first engineer responsible for Yutong coaches in the UK and overseeing the introduction of the first Yutong electric bus to the UK market in 2016. He is currently our fleet engineer and also oversees our customer product training.

Sam looks after the parts purchasing needs of our Yutong customers, working in conjunction with our dedicated parts team to keep our customers on the road. With a wealth of experience in aftersales, Sam has worked with some of the world’s largest brands, bringing invaluable expertise to his role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.

With over 20 years of commercial vehicle technical experience across many different vehicle types, Dave has spent the past 12 years at Pelican. He has specialist expertise in both CATL and Yutong and has huge experience with electric commercial vehicle. Dave brings a strong commitment to delivering the highest stands in electric truck technical support.

Michelle’s career in advertising saw her rise to the level of Media Director working with high profile clients including Cartier and Reebok; devising and delivering their media strategies across the Asia Pacific region. With six years of experience in project management, she specialised in stakeholder mapping for leading pharmaceutical companies. More recently she moved back into a marketing role within the property sector. Michelle joined Pelican at the beginning of 2024.

Clelia has over 13 years of experience in the transport industry and joined Pelican eight years ago. She manages Pelican’s China office, ensuring seamless communication between customers and the factory. Clelia is dedicated to maintaining production accuracy, driving continuous improvements, and organising factory visits to showcase Yutong’s state-of-the-art production and testing facilities
